[주요업무]    Planning, organizing and management of commissioning and service of machinery equipment (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting,…)  Distinguished customer assistance in case of technical problems as well as setting up of spare parts requests and tips  General machine installation and customer training as requested  Providing telephone service supports to customers  Active involvement in spare part sales  Testing and ensuring the correct supply/ delivery of spare parts  Record warranty services for all new machines  Interact with factories for technical issues  Entering field reports into the systems  Service sales (e.g. TIP database, preventative maintenance contracts, services products)  Assistance with product presentations during exhibitions and open houses  Further projects [자격요건]       Academic degree in mechanical, electronic or manufacturing engineering (or completed technical apprenticeship)  Minimum of 8 years work experience in the machine tool industry and in cooperation with a global acting company, combined with a good technical understanding of CNC turning and milling machines  Knowledge of mechanical and / or electronic aspects of CNC machines as well as of hydraulics and pneumatics  Existing network in the machine tool industry  Professional knowledge in using Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi control systems  Ability to handle conflicts and team capabilities, managerial experiences to handle service engineers would be a plus  Specialized knowledge of the local market  Bilingual in local language and English  Relevant knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Lotus Notes, as well as in ERP Systems  Willingness to travel frequently
