○업무 : - Primarily responsible for Eurofins Korea Food & Feed testing sales and business development - Achieve growth and exceed sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Design and implement a strategic business plan for rapid development - Prepare the business development plan and define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives for Food & Feed testing business in Korea - Determine and identify new opportunities by analyzing business needs of all divisions - Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Prepare commercial report, KPI follow up, plan and strategy to present to the management on regular basis ○직위 / 처우 : 차장급 이상 / 협의 ○자격요건 : - 대졸 이상 - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Over 7 years’ experience in sales within the TIC industry, specifically related to Food & Feed testing ​○근무지 : 경기 안양시 동안구 ○채용절차 : 서류전형-1차면접-건강검진-최종합격
