○업무 :
Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company's compensation, benefits, and overall rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. - Compensation/Benefit Management: Manage/lead annual merit/salary adjustment, promotion, incentive, equity compensation plans, Job grading and benefits. - Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with ** rewards/Global mobility team to align ** rewards programs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation-related matters. - Payroll service team/Vendor Administration: Manage and oversee payroll service team, benefit service, social insurance service. ○직위 / 처우 : 과장급 / 협의 ○자격요건 : - Bachelor’s degree - At least 10 years of HR experiences with proven experience in a senior rewards or compensation role - English proficiency - Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy aligned with the **'s goals and values. - Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain high-performing employees. - Manage and oversee the administration of various compensation plans, including base pay, incentives, and equity programs. - Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. - Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, promotions, and salary adjustments. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
