○업무 : - Monitor current personal information processing activities regularly and guide the relevant functional team to handle the privacy data for PIPA, GDPR, local regulations, directives and internal policies - Plan and provide IT compliance and data privacy awareness-related trainings toward employees - Working experience with digital privacy tools - Collaborate with cross-functional team to maintain records of all data assets and exports and maintain a data privacy and security incident management plan to ensure timely remediation of incidents including impact assessments, security breach response, complaints, claims or notifications, respond to regulatory agencies. - Provide advice/assistance to ensure proper management of IT compliance and perform periodic review - Develop, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the IT compliance, data privacy and its related activities - Ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the IT are being appropriately monitored, evaluated, and resolved - Contribute to the correction, prevention and timely handling of potential personal information breaches - Provide advice/assistance to ensure proper management of the life cycle of existing Personal Information together with legal team - Advising BUEA(Korea, Japan and New Zealand) users on privacy-related questions and identifying/assessing potential gaps between local privacy regulations - From time to time, performing awareness training to employees - Maintain digital assets in PIA and cookie compliance platform (OneTrust) - Coordinate external/internal IT audit and testing (SOX, MICS) - Coordinate with Global Capability Center and Digital Ethics Team in global for achieving global compliance requirements and goals - Deliver IT compliance and data privacy global/local projects to further protect our assets through understanding of the systems and processes - Manage data subject access request with legal compliance team ○직위 / 처우 : 과장급 / 협의 ○자격요건 : - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience - English communication skills - Integrity and balanced mind - Proactive attitude and self-initiative - Team player and good interpersonal skills - Strong adaptability to different needs from various sources - Ability to understand and tackle complex problematics ​ ​○근무지 : 서울 강남구 ○채용절차 : 서류전형-1차면접-2차면접
