[주요업무] -Develop and ensure implementation of the brand and marketing strategy with much emphasis on BTL tactics in a way that can drive company sales by managing company marketing activities  -To assume full responsibilities to manage marketing works such as communications, media and advertising to effectively represent the company\'s products and services to customers and prospects as well  -Responsible for overall company and brand advertisement process with HQ, advertising agency and other agencies deemed necessary  -Ensure to disseminate information on advertising and promotional message to the sales channels with Sales Team  -Execute all brand/corporate communications plan  -Build relationship with media to clearly and accurately express brand value  -Executing marketing survey for analyzing sales and marketing stance if deemed needed  -Work together with Sales Team to plan and execute all necessary BTL activities to generate justifiable ROI  -Ensure sales and marketing materials are produced and executed in a most cost effective and timely manner  -Keep tracking marketing activities and progress of each step; i.e. brainstorming, 3month advance planning, HQ communication & approval, implementation and evaluation on ROI  -Control to spend the marketing dollar within the budget approved with ROI targeted  -Prepare and manage various internal and external reports requested by HQ and/or GM [자격요건]  - Bachelor’s degree  - More than 10 years  - Strong marketing experience in FMCG industry preferably for 7 ~10 years  - Hands-on working knowledge and initiatives on both ATL and BTL  - Fluent oral and written English enough to communicate with HQ
