[주요업무] -Ensure smooth operation of all modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, CS) of global SAP environment to minimize business impact. -Setup policies and procedures for change management/transport process for SAP systems. -Review and revise SAP security roles, and set up a procedure to manage SAP security to minimize the risk of segregation of duties. -Setup/manage efficient team of SAP business analysts and IT infrastructure. -Work with or lead the business to identify opportunities to leverage IT to improve operations, reduce costs, improve the customer experience etc. -Work in conjunction with the business and other IT teams to configure SAP systems and other core IT systems to meet the specific needs of the business. -Demonstrate effectiveness in meeting with users and management to define complex business requirements in sufficient detail to determine the appropriate SAP configuration or development required, plan appropriate implementation projects to satisfy the business requirements, and work with the team to deliver the projects. -Deploy new process in SAP and train key users in each modules -Support of business and IT architecture designing [자격요건] - 학력 : 대졸 이상 (4년) - 경력 : 경력 10년 이상 - 영어가능자 (필수) -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other related field is required. -Minimum 10 years work experiences in IT area, with more than 7 years of experience of SAP Implementation projects or SAP systems maintenance. -Solid understanding of business processes, either in order-to-cash or finance/controlling area is required. -More than 5 years of module experiences (either in SD or FI/CO) as a consultant or SAP Business Analyst is required. -Strong communication skill with different levels of organization is required. -Work experience in global company, especially experiences in global process standardization/improvement project or global SAP roll-out project is required. -Work experience as a people manager, either for a project team or for a permanent organization is required. -Ability to drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and apply technical alternatives while working in a team with business community is required.  -Working level English skills for both verbal and written communication is required. -Must have a good understanding and work experience in systems change management process, including SAP transport process.  -Must have a good understanding and work experience in SAP role/security management. SAP security implementation experience to comply with “Segregation of Duties” is preferred. -Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or higher version is a plus.  -Extensive working knowledge of the various SAP Modules (SD, FI, CO, MM, CS, PP, BI/BW, CRM) is a plus.  -Good understanding of Integration points of various SAP modules is a plus. -Required to have a good understanding of master data management. Experience in end to end master data implementation is a plus.
