[주요업무]
대형 할인점 Sales 담당 [세부업무] -Maximize brand exposure of DA into all possible MT channels via merchandising / display related BTL while increasing number of MT listing DA products. -Closely work with Sales GM for the Development of overall strategic plans for DASP business and execution. -Develop MT promotions for DA products which is inline with the internal guideline, while implementing and following up each BTL promotions to achieve the target -Apply HQ policy to the assigned channel while managing customers and monitoring their sales activities -Keep tracking and controlling the stock to the optimum level set by GM and/or HQ. -Maximize market coverage and penetration of all DA products. -Analyze ROI on each BTL program executed and come up with enhanced plan -Establish and maintain good relationships with customers -Prepare and do presentations for the task if assigned. -Keep monitoring and analyzing sales trend and market situation with recommendations to increase market share. -Keep eyes on competitors’ activities to see if there is any workable idea to benchmark. -Monitor and report competitors’ activities with focus on price changes and each brand with proper interpretation -Plan and deliver on ground support for MT Channel and DA Stationery channel. -Work with Marketing and other Sales parts for the effectiveness of sales/marketing/business plan activities -Plan and monitor sales target and BTL spending and report it to General Manager Channel Development [자격요건] -More than 10 years mainly on sales especially on MT channel. -Experience on stationery product field is plus. -Good command of English enough to communicate with HQ -Have experience on MT channel.
