○업무 : 1) Capable of responding to customer requests, dis-satisfactions and complaints coming from social channels. 2) Responsible for creating and managing the online voice of existing and potential customers to build brand awareness and loyalty within Social Channels 3) Create engaging content for all platforms including KaKao, Instagram, Facebook and Videos. 4) Analyze traffic of social channels and relevant metrics. 5) Devise and implement social channel communication initiatives. 6) Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments and to ensure brand consistency. 7) Liaise with external agencies to ensure accurate brand representation. 8) Plan, implement and manage PR(offline) events. ○직위 / 처우 : 대리~과장급 / 협의 ○자격요건 : -4년제 대졸 학사 이상 -총경력 10년 이하 -해당 경력 3년~5년 보유 경력자 -다양한 SNS 경력 보유 ​○근무지 : 서울 강남
