Product claim management - Manage overall product claim and compensation procedure - Communicate with customers and insurance company regarding claim and compensation - Report to global QA contact - Ensure proper reporting to local authority regarding substances and side effect related to the product - Collect claim data from related part and data management Communication management - Conduct internal staff training for both on-line and off-line channel communication regarding various questions - Prepare training contents and update - Review and update the FAQ list to support one-stop service Support Customer Centered Management operation - Manage and improve proper customer centered management - Analyze VOC data and develop its solution [자격요건] - Bachelor degree (preferred Consumer, Law and Food and nutrition) - Have a good understanding of customer protection law - Excellent verbal communication skill - Various experiences in customer complaint handling - Customer-oriented mind - Strong problem solving skill - Good command of MS Office (Excel, PPT and Word) |
