○Key Responsibilities:​ • Understand **** products and those from other suppliers, and based on requests from customers and the sales division, create VA/VE proposals which exceed customer expectations, and provide support in deciding specifications. • In order to increase sales of Custom Solutions, plan and implement useful training for not just Solutions & Services members, but also Sales and FE engineers. • Create sales strategies and tactics for Custom Solutions, and implement business expansion plans with leading market segmentation and focused market identification to drive potential market growth in the region. • Collaborate with Business Development teams and support new product development and special products for key applications in important industries. • Review and manage opportunity list regularly with the Sales and other Business units to align focused strategy to win projects. ​•Obtain information on global industry trends and necessary knowledge from Global Tech Center and Global Distributors, arrange and share the information in a clear manner with Solutions & Services department, and contribute to improved performance of the overall ******. • Provide support as needed from business point of view when entering manufacturing agreement with global technology centers. • Work with the MarCom to actively generate marketing plans and actionable list for Custom Solutions products. • Partner with cross-functional teams or task force teams to develop and execute product marketing initiatives. • Establish product knowledge infrastructure regarding Custom Solution accessible by internal associates in Korea. • Carryout other special assignments. ​ ○직위 / 처우 : 과장~차장급 / 협의 ○Professional Experience:​ • 10+ years working experience in the related field is preferred. • Wide ranging product knowledge, understanding of piping and diagrams, and proficiency in MS Office • Experience in multi-national company with sales, marketing, technology, or product warranties • Experience in collecting and managing engineering data ​ ​○Required Competencies:​ • Strategic Thinking • Analytical • Initiative • Communication • Quality • Teamwork & Collaboration • Good in spoken and written English ​ ○근무지 : 경기 안양 ○제출서류 : 국문이력서 + 영문이력서
